FLAvoice is a solution for PBXs in hotels with many functionalities: call accounting, answering calls, presenting an options menu, directing calls, recording voice messages, all with the special touch of options created specifically for the hospitality industry like Wake-up, Minibar, Room Status, Weather Forecast, Alert & Evacuation etc. and, of course, integration with main PMS softwares used by hotels worldwide.

Web Interface
NEW Through the responsive web interface, it is possible to block and unblock PBX extensions, turn on and off automatic wake-up calls, convert text messages intended for the guests into messages in their mailbox, activate Do Not Disturb on the PBX as well as important reports, such as result of guest wake-up calls.
Room Disinfection Monitoring
NEW FLAvoice automatically notifies the guests whenever their room have been disinfected.
Call recording with automatic transcription
NEW For select PBXs, FLAvoice allows the recording of calls (incoming and outgoing), transcribing them automatically. The text with the transcript and the audio file of the call can be automatically sent to the user’s e-mail.
Support for extensions of multiple hotels on the same PBX
NEW For select PMSs, FLAvoice works in topologies where a single PBX contains extensions from multiple hotels simultaneously.
Support for High Availability PBX topologies
NEW FLAvoice can be used in hotels where the PBX has been installed in a High Availability (HA) topology, automatically changing the registration of its voice channels to the spare PBX if the main one fails.
Monitoring and alarms via SNMP (SNMPv1, SNMPv2 and Secure SNMPv3)
Via SNMP you can monitor the main parameters of FLAvoice, as well as be automatically informed about anomalies in the system.

The new PBX programming interface (for guest check-in and check-out) is now up to 50 times faster.
Embedded Call Accounting
FLAvoice software provides embedded call accounting for all extensions (including administrative and guests’ extensions), integrated with the PMS, without the need of installing any external call accounting software. In addition to reducing computer requirements, the entire setup becomes much simpler.

Software FLAvoice requires a single computer with Windows: so you do not need to purchase a computer for each software!

Audio files can be changed at any time using the menu options, thus eliminating the need for hiring specialized support staff.

Typical Usage
Automatic answering allows callers to enter the extension for the person they wish to speak to, enter an option from the menu, or wait to be automatically transferred to the company’s reception
Automatic Answering allows for different menus for each voice channel, whether that is for simple, 1-level navigation or multiple navigation through sub-levels, which means that a single product can serve the needs of more than one company.
Calls not answered at the extension can be automatically routed to other extensions or the voicemail of the destination extension
There is no limit to the number of personal greetings users can have, and they can choose different ones for different times of day or dates. In other words, users are free to simply and conveniently choose the right personal greeting when they need to travel or are otherwise away from the office.
Users can be advised of new messages in their voicemail in a variety of ways:
- a Message Waiting Indicator on their telephone
- their extension can ring
- call to their cellular phone
- by email, with the message attached
There is also a wide variety of hotel features, all multi-languages, including:
- Automatic wake-up with alarms and reports on the failure, able to sustain high demand, able to sustain high demand. Unlike other systems that simply ring the phone, a custom wake-up greeting is played when the guest answers, and current time and weather forecast may be presented. This greeting can be changed daily if desired. Guests can even specify snooze after the initial wake-up call.

Call accounting accepts charging rules defined by the Hotel itself as well as implements the official rules of the telephone companies. In this way, not only the calls of the guests are charged and sent to the PMS, but also the administrative extensions of the hotel become priced.
Free apps for desk phones
2 free aps are provided for desk phones (consult us about currently supported models):
- PMS: indicated for hotels that do not have PMS, allowing communication between PMS, FLAvoice and the PABX, being able to provide the facilities of Check-in, Check-Out, Room Transfer, Do Not Disturb in the PBX and Call Accounting Reports.
- Wake-Up Call: indicated for hotels that do not have PMS or whose PMS does not have a Wake-Up interface, and can provide the facilities of Turning on/off a guest’s wake-up call, Turning on/off a group wake-up call and Wake-up calls Reports.

FLAvoice has been tested and certified by Global BHS to be used exclusively with softwares pre-installed by Global BHS.

Alert & Evacuation
- Enables automatic warning alerts and evacuation instructions, by telephone, by sending pre-recorded messages.
- Messages can be recorded by the hotel at any time.

- Presents text messages, via voice, returning or not to the main menu, listing the attractions of the evening, the activities of the next day, the theatrical plays in the region etc.

Automatic Wake-Up
- Automated wakeup call function frees up more time for the reception.
- Each guest can use their telephone to program their wakeup call time, with a confirmation heard in the language of their choice.
- Reception can program a wakeup call to be placed to a group of extensions.
- The wake-up call will be placed to the respective extension at the time set by the guest, in the language of their choice.
- Should the guest not wake up, the system will try again. If the guest still does not wake up, the system will advise reception to send a messenger to their room.
- If guests do not wish to program the wakeup call personally, they can ask reception to do so.
- Should the system fail, a list of all the extensions with wakeup calls programed is automatically generated, so that reception can send messengers.
- Wake-up calls can be set to be placed at the same time the next day, for the convenience of guests who like to wake up at the same time each day.
- The system can be integrated with any hotel software, so that it can be controlled to place a wakeup call for any guest.
- Can be turned on for any day/hour in the future or automatically determine the day closest to the set time.

- This is done without requiring a direct external connection to the computer, thus avoiding compromising the security of the data network.

- Auto log in: when the user calls from his mobile phone, UMB recognizes the mobile phone number, automatically logs in into his mailbox and bypasses the password.
